Clients commissioning photography or videography retain personal use rights for the delivered content, but PhotoVerse Studios retains the commercial copyright unless explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement.

5. Payment and Fees
All fees for PhotoVerse Studios services are due as specified in the service agreement or invoice. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel an appointment with insufficient notice, as detailed in our cancellation policy. 6. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination
